EAT ON TIME

As technology evolves, the quality of the products we eat changes over time. Now we can eat more quality products which are produced with using hormones and chemicals at any time. But we have to remember that the quality of the products we eat as well as the time is very important. For example, I’m sure most people are happy to be able to eat a strawberry in winter but no one thinks about its background. If you consume a vegetable or fruit out of season, you can be sure that too much unnatural energy is used to produce and move it to other countries. Food which are outside of the season can be grown in greenhouses, but instead of that seller prefer to import them. Another important factor that increases the carbon footprint is the fact that these products are imported products and cause a significant amount of carbon dioxide in terms of transportation and fuel. Therefore, we can prefer to eat all foods on time in college, our dorms, homes or dining halls and it will best for both our health and the environment to consume nutrients.
